4. Ann STRONG. Born abt 1845 in Oswaldtwistle. Ann was baptized at Immanuel, Oswaldtwistle on 3 Aug 1845.2

In 1868 when Ann was 23, she married John SLATER, in St James' Church Kirk.4

They had the following children:
i. Eleanor. Born in 1870 in Accrington.
ii. Ellen. Born in 1871 in Accrington.
