On 27 Apr 1869 when Henry was 26, he married Margaret Jane SPENCER, daughter of James SPENCER, in Church St James.⁴ Born abt 1834 in Padiham, Lancs. Margaret Jane died in Oswaldtwistle on 27 Mar 1907, she was 73.¹ Buried at Immanuel. At the age of 25, Margaret Jane was baptized at Habergham All Saints' on 20 Feb 1859.⁴ Reference #: 71.231.
